Another calla lily question:

Do you guys think that dark red (black) mini calla lilies and mauve mini calla lilies go together? Or is this too much of a clash of colors?

Ok, to clarify, I was thinking of mixing the calla's in steff's bouquet with the ones shown on this picture.
Bridemaids will have apple color dresses with some sort of white flowers.

I like the color of the calla lillies, but I agree with Stacey, not sure if the ones in the pic above will go with apple colored dresses. The flowers look fuschia to me.

OK another update. These calla colors are for my bouquet with white dress.
I am trying to offset and lighten the dark burgundy color of calla's with the pinky/mauve.

Will this bouquet not work for me, given that bm's will have apple color with white bouquets?

It may clash with what they are wearing and holding. What if they just carried the red/black lilies and you carried the red/black w/ white?

Those are the exact callas that I had in my bo-k, and now that you posted them, I'm not sure if they'll go with the black (dark red) callas. I think a full bo-k of the dark callas would look nice for yours. Simple is nice too and you don't have to mix them with anything. Or, you can put a few stephanotis in them.

For bridemaids I would like to stick with white, b/c they'll have different dresses, and while same color, I am a little afraid of the shades of flowers not matching to the shades of dresses.

These are all burgundy/black lilies. I have a day wedding, but still afraid that they may be a tad too dark and will show up as a black blob in b/w pictures.

Thank you, Stacey you're not driving me crazy.

I thought flowers would be easy, but now they're turning into a worse nightmare than photographer.
I wish I was marrying on LI and could use LI florist recommendations. I can't seem to find nice ones in NJ.

Thank you for the dress compliment. They're all from davids, and nobody is altering them there.

I think I 'll show the picture of the berries bq to FH, see if we can agree (he is my fashion adviser ) And the red roses in the bouquet will work with his red rose for a bout that he likes
