Sorry, But I need help... I am going to book my church. My cocktail hour starts at 7:00.. wanted to go to some of it.
What time do you think the church should be at? I was hoping to get all the pitchers done before the cocktail hour. O my church is about 1/2 hour away from the FT where I am taking pitchers.
Any suggestions? I was thinking 3:30?

Re: Another Church Question...
If you have it too early, that leaves a lot of your guests with nothing to do in between. If your done with the church at 4:30 do your guests have somethign to do or somewhere to go for 2 hours?

Re: Another Church Question...
mattering on the day of the week and chuch - most chrches will only let you have a nuptial mass at 3:30 - full mass must start at 3 so they can get ready 5 pm mass
my church makes me start at 2 - there are no 3 pm times

Re: Another Church Question...
Actually The Floral Terrace is allowing all my guest to come 2 hours before the cocktail hour. They have like wine and cheese and crackers before the cocktail hour....
I was thinking 3:30 church, should end at 4:00. Leave by 4:30 get to FT by 5:00.
Now I am thinking that may be too long for pitchers...? O I am confused!

Re: Another Church Question...
I am getting married at 4 & my cocktail hour starts at 7 at the Floral Terrace...We figured we would be done with the ceremony by 4:30 & off to the FT by 5PM...the church is approximately 20 minutes from FT...That leaves 1 1/2 hours for pictures which I believe is plenty!
