Im undecided when it comes to the dessert selection also. If you had a choice, which would you prefer? I want to pick something that the majority of people will like.
Tiramisu Lady fingers and mascarpone mousse soaked with coffee liquer and sprayed with dark chocolate
Amaretto Biscotti A crunchy biscotti crust with layers of amaretto mousse and sponge cake soaked in amaretto and topped with biscotti crunch and sliced almonds
Individual Creme Brulee Chilled creamy vanilla custard, carmelized, and nestled in a sweet chocolate shell
Banana Foster Banana and vanilla ice creams with brown sugar cinnamon and praline swirl on a vanilla cookie crust garnished with whipped topping brown sugar cinnamon drizzle and crushed pralines
Chocolate Noir cake Three layers of rich chocolate cake with brandy chocolate ganache and chocolate chips
Chocolate Cherry Bon Bon Chocolate covered cherry pieces, dark chocolate flakes, cherry and chocolate ribbons all swirled in vanilla ice cream on a chocolate cooked crust with chocolate sauce, whipped topping and semi-sweet shavings

I don't remember any of those options for the wedding. Did they change there menu??? Should I go to the Hamlet and get a new menu??????????
Your getting married at the one in Hauppauge right?
I would go with the banana foster or lady fingers.

I would go with the banana foster or lady fingers.
They updated their menu so I would call to ask them to fax you a new menu. Then again, you still have a quite some time and who knows if they'll change the menu again. I would call about 4 months before your wedding to get the latest menu.

also sounds good, tiramasu-but more common cherry bon bon- YUM Banana foster- also yummy but more common
