another entrance question

I have to fill out on this form for the band exactly how we want to be announced coming into the reception. I don't know why I can't figure this out on my own lol. All these small details are getting me so stressed. I am taking his last name so that part is easy but do I put our first names too?

Our dj is using our first and last names. I think its your preference. When we are introduced it will be mr & mrs alan & colleen b. It will be the first time I'm introduced with my new last name.

I just filled out my DJ form and it was listed as :
Mr. John & Mrs. Janine H

I don't even remember what song was playing during the cake cutting. I don't think anyone even notices what song is being played during that.

Oddly enough, this is one of the few things FH has an opinion on. As soon as he found out we had to pick a song he asked if we could do Adam Sandler - 'I wanna grow old with you' from The Wedding Singer. I think I can grant him this one wish. It's a fun little song.
