I'm debating between these two favors... maple syrup and candy apples (w/ a caramel coating or some other sort of coating). I want to do either candy/caramel apples, maple syrup, or a comb of both and some people get 1, some people get the other.
What do you think?

I voted all maple syrup. I like the different shaped bottles you can have. I would maybe even order different bottles so there are some variety with those yet, still all the same favor.. kwim?
I'm also not a fan of candy/caramel apples soooo that could be swaying my vote

i said maple syrup because I would totally do this for mine, except I decided to go with a donation because my hall does a favor that's included in my package anyway.
I loved the maple syrup though when I saw it.

i picked candy apples bc they can be really pretty. i like the maple syrup too, but i wouldn't do a mix. they're too different to do a combination of them.

All maple syrup because 1 - You can order them now and not have to wait and 2 - If you don't eat it within a day or 2, it won't go bad.

i say mix... or just do the syrup.
some people can't eat candy/carmel apples... but I personally LOVE them

I vote for all Maple syrup, but I agree with an earlier poster that some are too different than others. Try to keep the ones you use the same size, like maybe the heart and leaf ones to the right...

Crashing.
I vote maple syrup. It doesn't go bad for like a year after you open it. Apples will be rotten by a week later (at best). You'll have to order the apples much closer to your wedding date too. I've actually gone to a carnival, bought a candy apple, ate it the next day and it was already rotten.
Either idea is cute, but i'm not so sure people will care about the novelty of the candy apple. JIMO

100% agree
And I recently went to a wedding where we got maple syrup and its probably one of the few favors I've actually used. A candy apple can get messy too.
