When I made my appt for my 1st fitting - they told me I have to pay for all alterations up front. (davids bridal) Do all places do that? Just wondering.

i was able to pay off the balance + alterations in 2 payments. so i paid half at my first fitting and the 2nd half at my 2nd fitting.
