I live in Town of Oyster Bay. FH in Town of Babylon. Does it matter which Town Hall we go to? Am trying to find out which one has evening hours...TIA

I don't think it matters - but I do now that Islip Town Hall is open til 7pm on Tuesdays.

It doesn't matter. You may apply at any town hall in the state.

Sorry to highjack...I have a question regarding licenses. Do either FH or I have to be NY state residents? FH's family is still in NY (hence our wedding location) but once we moved to MD, we became residents. Is there extra paperwork that we have to do in order to be married in NY? Thanks!

Kew Gardens Court House on Queens Blvd but if you can at all manage it go to Manhattan. Kew Gardens was a nightmare.

I think Nassau County is also better than Kew Gardens. All I know was it took us like 3 hours, it was sweltering hot, and no one had any clue what was going on.
Oh and I got married in February when NO ONE gets married :)

We went to the town hall is Oyster Bay. They only have one more tuesday that they are open till 7 which is June 14th. We were in and out quickly.
