Another menu question

Do you think people will know that they get both of these?
Grilled Mahi Mahi Served with Papaya Ginger and Three Pepper Confetti and
Grilled Filet Mignon Topped with a Gorgonzola Crust and Finished with a Cabernet Sauvignon Sauce

Or do you think it sounds like they have to choose?

Also, I have a few friends that are Vegan. Where should I put there choice on the menu?

I would put the vegetarian choice in if you people are going to want it -

It is just easier for them then having to ask what the vegetarian option is -

Also i think it will help with the menu looking like a choice more

The menu is not a choice - the guests are getting both.

why dont you list it as a duo so people know they get both

Maybe you could start with 'a combination of' or something like that, so that people know for sure that they're getting both.

then i would list the vegan option.

How did you negotiate the 'duo?'

Also - are you having CH outside weather permitting? Mine is next October, and I was thinking that since I am starting CH hour at 6pm, and the sun sets at 6:35pm, it may just be too dark for outside CH anyway....
