Another Montauk question

I'm hunting for a location for a small wedding (50 people) in Montauk. My first choice is to do dinner, but I'm also considering doing a brunch.

Places I've ruled out:
Gurneys (too expensive, too high minimum)
Yacht Club (ditto)
Montauk Manor (too expensive)
Nicks (still a possibility, but didn't like the exterior)
Crow's Nest (too many bad reviews)

I've contacted Harvest and am waiting for some prices from them. Any other suggestions on whom I should contact?

Montauk is very limited. Shame that hte Manor is too expensive. that's the only place I could recommend.

What about a boat?

FH gets seasick just looking at boats, so that option is out. Thanks for the suggestion though
