Another one bites the dust...

Original post by MrsDtoBe09

My younger sister is officially out of my bridal party. We've been fighting a lot lately and I was at my parents' for dinner today and I said something like I'm not talking to you anymore and she said then whose going to be your MOH? I have (or had) two - her and my older sister so I said Regina. I'm not playing games with her threatening to be in or out so that's it. It really hurt my feelings but it's over.

I outted my MOH too. We werent sisters, but friends for 10years. She is no longer a part of my life at all. It will all work out and besides with family there are always fights. I want to throw my brother out of the BP too, but wont for my dad. I am so sorry you are dealing with this. I hope everything works out.

what happened to your friend???

I'm sorry to hear this, and hope that everything will work out between you two, if not for the wedding then for the future.

I hope it all works out in the end. There was definitely drama with my BP, including some things I wasn't even supposed to know about in the planning of my shower. It seems as if everything has come together somehow. My sister is my MOH and she has been amazing. I hope your older sister does a great job for you and maybe she can talk some sense into your younger sister.

She decided that she doesnt like my FH and didnt want him around. I was supposed to be the godmother to her baby. She didnt want FH at her christening so I was having none of that. I guess it is what it is but it does bother me not to have her around

Aww that is frustrating....I agree with you though....your MOH should never hang that over your head or threaten you with pulling out. Just make one of your good friends MOH and have your sisters as BMS.....as much as you are hurt, they are feeling it too and will hopefully realize what they are doing and treat you better.

BIG HUGS!!!

I am so sorry this happened. Like Gina said- you really see that weddings bring out the worst in people- I don't get it. I thought my Sister was out of my BP but she's still in it and we have been getting along for now. So, I am sure things will smooth out for you.

I'm so sorry you have to deal with this. I know its the last thing anyone wants to hear when theyre fighting with someone but you have to remember that family is the most important thing and sometimes all you have. i hope you two can work out your differences.

We're all here for you!
