Did you mimic the envelope and addressing and do Mr. & Mrs. John Smith, or did you do Mr. & Mrs. John and Mary Smith, etc?
I was going to to the John and Mary scenario, until I realized that I don't know the full, correct spellings of most of my father's cousins, and neither will he

Re: Another Personalized RSVP Card Question
Wow if you're personalizing response cards, you don't even have to # them!
I have no idea how to write them since I didn't do that, and I have never received one that way. It sounds like your affair is particularly fancy, though, so maybe titles is the way to go. If 1/2 a couple accepts, though, how will you know which person is coming, and what will you write on the escort card?

Re: Another Personalized RSVP Card Question
Yes, whatever I put on the envelope was put on the personalized RSVP like Mr. & Mrs. John Smith then I had 2 seats have been reserved...and then underneath I added ___ will attend and then another spot where they cant come.

Re: Another Personalized RSVP Card Question
Awesome...I guess I was doing it right the first way then with just Mr. & Mrs. John Smith.
This etiquette thing is driving me up the wall! I see that you're not supposed to use the ampersands between Mr. and Mrs., but the template to submit the addresses has them, and if I do a Mrs. & Mrs. Joe Shmoe and Miss Jane Shmoe for a child (under 18), do you use the ampersand between Mr. & Mrs. and spell and between parent and child?

Re: Another Personalized RSVP Card Question
We did Mr & Mrs. I also hate writing +guest so on the reply card we just put Name(s) of Persons Attending: and they wrote in their names. The RSVP card said how many seats were reserved as well.
