Another Pre Cana Question

Another Pre Cana Question

In the church we are getting married (St Thomas More) you have to go to Pre Cana one night a week for 6 weeks. FH's days off rotate each week and he works at night so we can't do 6 weeks in a row on the same night.

St Thomas More said we could do it somewhere else, though.

Can anyone recommend a church that holds Pre Cana on just one long day, or like a weekend kind of thing?

Re: Another Pre Cana Question

I am doing pre-cana this weekend, 9-5 at St. Lukes church in Whitestone. Your church should be able to provide you with a little booklet that has times and dates lined out for the next year or so and schedules.

I wanted to use St. Luke's but my FI had all his sacrements done at St. Andrews Avellino, so that's where we are getting married.. Has anyone seen that aisle?? Sheesh! Need sneakers that day... Have fun at Precana!!!

You could have still used St. Lukes if you really wanted to.....neither of our sacraments were done there. In fact, its not even my parish (we do have to pay $100 extra though ) My parish is St. Fidelis and there arent any really nice grounds over there.....
