another question - name changing info

So finally getting back into motion - time for paperwork. I know NOTHING about changing my name. Where do I start?

And REALLY dumb question. I have two forms. One is a marriage certificate from the church, one is the licensefrom the town - everybody will need to see the one from the town right?

How can a wife still be so silly?

Re: another question - name changing info

you have to go to the ss office first with the marriage cert, then i went to dmv, i called my credit cards they changed it over the phone. then i went to my bank.

Re: another question - name changing info

Don't forget to change your W-2 and insurance info at work too. I am waiting till after Jan.1 to start all of this.
