Ok, so we're having a holiday theme, but we have a couple of our friends, who are Jewish, coming to the wedding... my question is, should I change my seating 'card' to a blue ornament with silver writing and silver ribbon to make it more appropriate to their faith?

I agree with Ryan... It is a sweet gesture but not necessary. It is your wedding and should be about your faith. JMO though.
