I recently received cards with necessary information for guests from the hotel where I blocked rooms. I am about to send out save-the-dates. Should I send the hotel info. with the save-the-dates to give guests ample time, or should I wait and send them with the invitations? TIA!

Do you have a lot of OOTguest, if so then i think i would include them if not then i would wait until you send out invites

I would def send it with the Save the Dates...does the hotel hold weddings/affairs? If so think about that - bc if that hotel books an affair then those rooms will fill up fast!

i would suggest using a wedding website and including that on your save the date to conserve paper... we included all of the hotel info on the website for our oot guests...
