So, i made one envelope in my microsoft word file....i put the first address on it.
Now how do i add new addresses to the same file?? (now that i already formatted the size of the envelope and orientation of the address on the envelope) I mean....does it let you do all the envelopes in one file?? or do i have to save each one seperately?? (that would be a pain in the A**)! I cant figure out how to add more addresses

you can go into excel and create a spreadsheet --- each column would be for one thing Ex: One column First name, second column last name, third column streeet address and so on... you make a spreadsheet and then do a mail merge into word --- that way it collects all the addresses from the spreadsheet at once and prints all the envelopes at the same time

i know thats the quickest way to do it unless you want to type in the addresses and print, type addresses and print --- i dont know of any other way

In Word, you can do a page break between each address, then when you go to print it out you can just select 'print current page'. It will only print the page you are on. I think this is what you are asking?

Do you have MS Publisher??? Envelopes are so easy to do in there, even if typing in each address individually!

you save all the addresses in excel - close the file - go to a blank word document - go to tools - letters and mailings - mail merge - adn then choose envelopes - and then you pick a file ---- and you search for that excel file . Hope it helps
