another set of tipping questions..

ok so i know there have been several posts. but can i have the breakdown from you ladies for this? I was told by someone that $5 a head is standard for the Matre d. Thats like $800.. I dont know about anyone else but I definitely don't have that kind of money to shell out as tips.. Im starting to get nervous!
and what about the others? how do you determine what to give them?

we gave 3 dollars a head, i think that is more than enough. that is what the rh told us to give!

pretty sure in your contract for the fh it has 2-3$ per head. i wouldnt worry about that. 800$ is alot.

we did $3, $5 is insane when gratutity is included to begin with
