Are you supposed to invite all the women who are invited to the wedding? I'm only inviting female family members and friends. I wasn't going to invite coworkers, neighbors, etc. And forget wives of my FH's friends. I barely know them so that was never even a possibility. But is it rude not to invite coworkers? The only reason I don't want to is b/c I want to keep it small and intimate.

Re: Another shower question
Well I had told my mom that i would like the shower to be at her house so however many people she feels she wants at her house that how many I will give her to invite.
Obviously, family and close friends. Not going to invite wives of friends if i don't know them. I only have a few co-workers that I am inviting to the wedding so they will also be invited.

Re: Another shower question
I don't plan to invite all the women who are invited to the wedding. That's just too much people for me.
I'm only inviting immediate family, close friends/co-workers. I am inviting FH's mom and sister and his aunts and cousins that live in New York; I would not hear the end of it if I don't invite them.

same here. If I invited all of the women who are invited to the wedding, it would be too crazy.

Re: Another shower question
I only invited family and my friends to my shower. We didn't invite the OOT family on FH's side. In hindsight, we should have invited my B list and C list, but at that point wasn't sure if they were invited to the wedding so didn't. I didn't invite the wives/gfs of FH's coworkers, because to me that would have felt really weird.
