Since we are chatting about what not to ask our BM to do..... can I ask them not to have tan lines that are really really bad?

You cant TELL them what to do, you can merely suggest. OR you can do what I did and plan a WINTER wedding where anyone would look strange with a dark tan in the middle of the winter.

you can ask, not tell... you could also suggest a spray tan all over.

I've already spoken to my BM's about that and we all agreed that it would be tacky to have tan lines (especially in pics). But I didn't TELL, I merely suggested.

Well i said it in a joking manner (and more of a reminder). Im sure they dont want tan lines anymore than you want them too. They would look ridiculous!!!!
