Another stroller question

My sister is shopping for strollers. I have the Peg Perego Venzia and I have to say I am not all that impressed with it. It is difficult at times to maneuver, it's heavy, hard to close, and the basket underneath doesn't hold much. I do like that it has the reversible handle bar, which is good depending on the direction of the sun, when we are walking.
Besides Peg Perego, can anyone tell me a good stroller, with a reversible bar? THX
