what i mean is..do i give each (hair and make-up) the tip alone for all the girls?
OR
Does each BM tip the girls?
ANd if i have to how much?

My girls will tip for their own hair and make-up. Every wedding I've ever been to I've paid the tip myself.

If you are paying for the girls' hair and makeup then I would also tip on their behalf-one sum for each (hair and makeup). If your BM are paying for their hair and makeup then they should tip as well.
