For waiters, bartenders, coat room attendent, bathroom attendent, etc...do you tip them each separately or does the tip that you give the Maitre'D go towards that?

The Maitre 'D tip is for him and maybe the captain. The 'service fee' that some halls charge (mine was 18%) goes toward the rest of the staff.

My hall told me that I was only to tip the Maitre D. He will then distribute it to the team. They suggested $3-5ppl, but I think the Carltun recommends -$4-7pp.

The 'team' includes all the attendants in addition to the waiters?
