I would think about 100-150 somewhere in that range, like you said depending on how good she was.

i gave mine $100 at the beginning of the night in hopes that it was incentive to take care of us which she did and was great. had she been exceptional, i would've thrown her another $50 at the end of the night. unfortunately she wound up 'losing' some of our left over favors that i was looking forwrad to giving to some people who sent gifts...
