My bouquets are being brought to my hotel by my florist (the owner)...and someone from her staff is decorating my ceremony at the RH. Do I tip the owner when she brings me by bouquets AND tip the girl decorating at the RH? Or just the girl decorating?

Not sure if I should tip a owner thats just dropping off bouquets

i just tipped the person that delivered my bouquets...but thats partially bc the florist was gone by the time i arrived at my RH

I tipped both the decorator and the person who dropped off the bo-ks.
