another vendor warning.. fm for details
as i keep seeing girls posting warnings about bad vendors, well maybe not bad vendors but negative reviews at least, i figured i'd share mine. you can fm me for the vendors name.
every vendor i had was awesome except for one. it wasn't too big of a deal thank god, but the shuttle bus vendor we hired was terrible... at least the driver was. we hired them to go from the hotel to the thatched cottage, and then from the thatched cottage to the hotel twice after the reception. we didn't have too many people staying at the hotel but i had a lot of people meet at the hotel to take the bus to make it easier for them.
after the reception when the bus showed up, everyone was gathering in the lobby and saying their goodbyes. one person had gotten on the bus waiting for their date in the bathroom. well the bus just randomly took off to the hotel with 1 person on the bus!!! one person!!!!!!! about 30 people had to wait in the lobby for over 45 minutes for them to return, and the one person that was stuck on the bus had to wait god knows how long for their date to return to the hotel. we only had them make a second trip because we figured our parents and bridal party needed time to gather all our belongings. well everyone was ready to board the bus, including our family and bridal party like 5 minutes after they took off. i was so mad, i just remember saying my goodbyes and people hurrying to get on the bus and he had already left, it was like last song over.. bus gone. just wanted to warn anyone using a shuttle bus about this company, not that you shouldn't use their services but maybe you can request that they make sure a certain amount of people are on the bus. i felt so bad for all our guests that had to wait so long. no one complained or anything but we paid a lot of money for their services and i thought it was really dumb that they couldn't wait a few minutes. the driver told the girl on the bus that they were on a set schedule and couldn't wait.
and before you say anything about the one person that was on the bus.. i honestly have no idea what was said or why she didn't ask to get off or any of those details, just that that is what happened. all she said was that it took off and he said he was on a schedule. kind of silly lol.
