Even if there are passwords, there are still real brides out there who are batshyt crazy and can still pull these stunts.
The password protection wouldn't do anything in that regard.
I don't think the person gained their info from this site, anyway. A lot of us are on the 2010 FB group where it has our full names clearly listed.

ITA. there are lots of ways to find out someone's info without having to look to hard unfortunately. it's sad, but you just have to be mindful of the info you post on every site because you never know who is looking.
