another whacko tidbit...not sure how true it is...

another cousin was telling me that the BM at her wedding a few months ago is married. Apparently, his wife doesn't orally satisfy or partake in back door action.

b/c she categorically does neither, she allows him to cheat ONLY for these things.

so one day...husband, wife, and bf of wife are sitting and drinking at a bar when husband exclaims 'I need a BJ'....BF of wife volunteers. wife gives OK, they go out to the car and come back a few minutes later and carry on. Wife sat at the bar and drank in the mean time.

what say you to this situation?

If the situation works for them then that's great, I mean we really shouldn't judge what makes others happy. But I really don't believe that's a very healthy way to have a relationship. Are they planning on having kids? What will they say when their kids realize that Daddy is getting BJs from other women??

I agree with you to a certain extent. if they have this 'agreement' fine...BUT bringing it to your doorstep by having your husbands 8------- in your BEST FRIENDS while you are waiting for them at the bar

I mean, where does the convo go from there. do you watch her mouth move knowing it was just wrapped around your HUSBAND!

That sounds like the kind of arrangement that's doomed to fail over time. Eventually someone is going to get mad or jealous and problems will ensue. Maybe the husband gets used to it and resents the wife for not allowing him his freedom, but still not taking care of business herself.

I could never do that, or allow my husband to do that.

That's why I believe couples should be on the same page in regards to 'bedroom relationships' before they get married.
