Anticipated closing dates?

For those of you who have closed on your house already, how close were you to your anticipated closing date?


Ours is June 30th and I am dying to close. We told the home owners if they needed more time after closing that they could stay but I am dying to get in my house

Maybe I just need to go stalk again--LOL I really want to get in and start decorating and enjoy the summer there. The house has this wonderful screened in porch over looking a fish pond and a balcony off the master bedroom that I just want to sit on in the morning.

Anyone else feeling like this?

Swags...our closing date is June 1st but they said it could change also. The one good thing that makes us think it will be June 1st is that the lady will be moved out already. Good luck! I can't wait til June 1st. I count the days.

We are scheduled for June 1st but everyone seems ready so they are going to try to schedule the closing earlier!!!
I will let you know when we have a date!!!

ETA: They have 30 days after the closing date on your contract to close w/o penalty, I know people who closed at teh LAST possible minute! You just never know!
