So did a friend of mine from home, so she quit her job as a lawyer and became a wedding planner ... (hint, hint )

Thanks so much for the offer, I'd really love some help. Right now, I'm about to book a photographer (DUET), which I believe you used, and even though I really like their work, and their price, I'm still scared to do this because this vendor is probably the most important in my book, and now I am close to becoming bride-zilla and checking out every available photographer on LI, just to be sure (except that I can't because I'm upstate). If you have any more details, thoughts, comments, about your experience with them, or general advice on the photographer Q, I'd love the help! Thanks in advance!!!!

I am working on limos right now... FI and I have no idea what we want to do . We aren't sure if we want to ride in the limo with everyone and begin the celebration immediately or if we want some alone time.

I am also stressing about how my father, mother and grandmother will get to Fox Hollow and home after the reception. Once I solve this, then I can book limos.

I have no clue what Dj's even cost. What is the average? 1500?

I have seen everywhere from around $900 to $3000

It also depends what you want - DJ & MC, light show, give aways, any extra 'live' music ( like a saxaphone player or percussionist) live singer etc.

yea 1500 sounds good. I dont want alot of the give away junk but maybe some lights or a screen to play pcitures and stuff
