I think we had one or two 12-seaters. Maybe even one 13. My mom ended up only having 6 or 7 at her table, and I was worried it would look weird but it didn't.

Was there a table near the sweetheart table to put a card box?? Did you guys use a card box?? I can't picture where it would go.

Yes, there was a table one side for the cake (to our left) and the card box (to our right and behind us). I guess most couples have the sweetheart table to one side, but we opted to put it in the middle (after the entrance). It wasn't warm out so we didn't think blocking the doors would be a problem. Plus it was more 'balanced' that way, IMO.
You can see the cake table in the pictures above (the little one next to it was for the challah and they took it out after the blessing was done). Here's one with the cardbox behind us.
