I guess we taste whatever the bride that day selected for her menu so hopefully the Mahi Mahi will be available. We are considering that for our fish entree. I'm getting hungry just thinking about it....

We are defiantly putting the Mahi Mahi on our menu. I haven't put much thought into the cake yet. Someone on LIW said you have an option of either Audrey's Bakery or Black Forest. I don't remember what it says in the contract. I have heard good things about both.
What kind of CP are you doing in the ballroom?

I've only heard from another bride whose wedding is there in September (as is mine) that they should be in done time for our weddings. Hopefully they are done sooner. That's all I know! Sorry!
