A friend of mine and my cousin were both diagnosed with uterine cancer last spring. FH and I have lost a number of family members to caner. We're making a large donation in their names, and will use this as our wedding favor.

It's on thing when friends and family will give a little something , but people you don't know personally, it really does inspire me, you have no idea!! and it is a wonderful cause!!

My Aunt and Grandma both died from Cancer and my friend's step dad just found out he has a brain tumor. Its a horrible horrible disease. I donated $15. Good luck in reaching your goal!!

my uncle fought prostate cancer about 2 years ago and my grandmother is currently fighting breats cancer for the second time

one of our BM's is fighting breast cancer and we are donating $$$ so she can go with other young Breast cancer survivors and climb mount killamangaro this summer to raise money for research... She 29 just sayin' get yourself checked ladies, she went for a reg physical and they found the lump, she felt fine, turned out she was stage 3 of cancer.... she did year of chemo and had surgery and is doing well

my FH grandma in Poland had breast cancer, fought it and is cancer free - my moms grandma and aunt had ovarian cancer and both died close family friend died last year 2/28/07 RIP - cancer took over his whole body, he was fighting it for 2 years when doctors said he only had 3-6 months to live

OK went to the Kick off party at Team in Training today!!!! Met so many amazing people! and heard so many inspirational stories... Thank you again to all my 2008 brides who gave and will continue..

Good Luck to you Celia! I donated in honor of my 26 year old brother, Rob, who lost his battle to cancer in 2006. His cancer was a sarcoma cancer (soft tissue, muscle, bone). Thanks for doing this!
