Any Brides Not wearing Heels?

I feel silly for even worrying about this but FH and I are the same height. If I wear heels I feel like I will look like a giant. I am already 5'9'. Am I worrying over nothing? Are there any brides who plan to wear flats or who have the same worries.

I am also wearing sneakers! I'm going to get a pair of all white Nike Shox & 'bedazzle' them myself! I WILL be comfy during my reception! Hehehe!

FH and I are almost the same size. He might have an inch or two on me. I know he would be so upset if I was taller than him on our wedding day. I plan to wear ballet flats or something like that.

I may be wearing flats. I haven't found any yet. But I have a problem with my arches and I don't want to be in pain that day. So I will probably do flats.

I'm wearing flats and I'm only 5'3'ish - I'm just not comforatble in heals, so I'm going to find a nice pair of sandals

We're the same height too, 5'11. I want to find a nice flat or a small heel. I figured with my hair, veil and tiara I may be taller than him anyway.

I'm going to try and test a heel height with him. He has to wear dress shoes to work, so I thought I could try and match his height with a pair that I already own. I don't want more than 2'.

I’m wearing flats. My FH is just barely two inches taller, but it’s mostly for my own comfort and stuff.

I wore ballet slippers from the CH on, but not because of height..just b/c I have picky feet and wanted to be comfortable for dancing. I found them at Sandy's Shoes in Massapequa..they were plain white but they sewed on a cute little silver piece in the middle to make them look a little fancier...good luck!

There are SO many beautiful ballet-type flats, especially now that that style is so popular this season. Try DSW or LoveMyShoes...they have lots of gorgeous flats that would look amazing with your dress!
