Any Calorie Counters?

Anyone know of any webpages that list calories of foods, and other stats, that is accurate?

I'm starting with a trainer tomorrow! And I think that I'm going to switch to counting cals for a bit, b/c WW has been stagnant...

I know that Spark People has a lot of calorie info on it.

i swear by this website, it has worked wonders with the info they give, they even have this calculator where u can put in your age, height and weight....or weight you want to be....and it tells you how many calories you can consume...its great!!!

the best thing is just learning portion control so you dont go crazy counting calories, just my thoughts

IT'S FREE. I am a moderator on there. Lost 30lbs last year using it. Went from 130 to 100 lbs.

I second this site. I've been a member for over 2 yrs now and I've lost about 10lbs got fit an ran a 5K.
