Any creative ideas??

I found these postcards deep in our supply closet at work today. There is a huge stack of each. I'd say I have at least 300 cards here.

The pictures are of the school where I work. It is also the place where I am having my reception....The tent will actually be on the terrace in the picture...

HOW can I incorporate these postcards in to the reception? Would they work as place cards?!

I need your creative ideas ladies!

1) maybe the guests could write on these.. use them as a 'Well Wish' card.

2) you could have them placed at each person's plate

3) you could hang them on chairs..

i really don't know but no 1 is my top idea. beautiful photos, btw. i'm picturing the tent and everything! and it's gonna look so breathtaking! good luck w your wedding.

They could be the back of your placecards... why not?

There is space to write the guests names - where you would put the address on the left you could put the table Number and at the right the guests name.

Just use a bright color pen. Maybe even that orange used on your (fabulous) invites!

I love that idea! I think they are too big for a favor tag.

I know this is TOTALLY untraditional, but how about using them as your thank you cards? Then people will realize hey, that's the place where she had her reception! It might be cool.

That's what I was thinking. I mean, my wedding is DIY. These scream DIY, and kitschy and retro. They would work. But would you put them AT the seat, or set them up on a card table with the picture face down?!

I would do them at a placecard table with the names facing front. Then you could display on a table easel the front picture of two of them at either sides of the table. Does that make sense?

I like the thank you card idea as well. But only thing is if you were planning to send a photo... how would you do that? Unless you are not sending a photo then your golden.
