any DIY calligraphers out there?

I bought a kit to start learning today...in someways it seems like the same amount of work as getting all the addresses together for someone else.
Has anyone else done this....how did they come out?

Re: any DIY calligraphers out there?

I'm doing my own calligraphy. It's not as bad as I thought it would be. I have some samples in my album under programs and invites. This is with only 15 minutes of practice. If I practice some more, I can do better. Don't get discouraged!
