Who know of programs that help people with cancer pay for their meds? My aunt is fighting lung cancer but is now in the infamous 'donut hole' and has to shell out $2,000 for her meds.

wish i could help..i'm a med student but don't know any programs like this. This is such a shame our health system does this to people like your aunt. I will ask my dad for you, he's a primary care dr and i'm sure he deals with this all the time.

If u don't find any info on the website, call the hotline number they provide. Its a non profite advocacy group for people with medicare. I interned there and the people there are the best. I know they have a list of drug assistance programs. Good luck to you aunt, she's in my prayers.
