Any experts on nutrition out there? Question about brown rice pasta...

Hellos!

I picked up a package of 'Brown Rice Penne Pasta' thats list of ingredients is simply 'Organic Brown Rice and Water.' I was wondering if this qualifies as 'good carbs' like whole wheat, or if I've been duped somehow into buying something thats more like white bread... Its yummy, so I'm hoping its on the good side!

If it doesn't mention processing or enriching, then it is probably countable as a good carb. You can always call the questions/comments number on the package (if it has one) and ask them.
