Any Floral Terrace Brides on today? I brought my laptop to work to surf!
I am attempting to do the following at FT (have to talk to Maryann about it).
We are able to guarantee 275-300 people. We were quoted 95-100 pp inclusive with a full V hour.
We want to remove the V hour and do the following:
1. customize the cocktail hour menu to have more Italian food.
2. add surf to the turf (it says 7 bucks)
3. Out with the V hour but add either a hot dessert (like creme brulee) or a gourmet V plate.
4. Add on NYC to go (pretzels, nuts, coffee) on the way out.
Do you think we could accomplish this for 90-95 pp? We told her 275 guarantee (but we are expecting to invite 375) so I can go up to 300 possibly.
Also, do you think that they will remove the tulle swag/lights if I want (so I can add my own color swag?) or no.
Any advice for me? TIA.

When we went there, there was a bride (touring her cocktail room-great dress) and I felt like the stations looked a little bare. It could be because everything was so neat and clean.Did anyone else get that feeling?
