legally??? FH and i will be getting married in April (shhh dont tell anyone) but are now worried that the church wont marry us if were already 'married'

Welcome to LOISLANE,,, I checked your profile,, just to see if your FH was Superman!

I have insurance through my job that recognizes 'domestic partners' so we did have to do that. Although it was a consideration. I think it is a good idea if it can help you fincially.

thanks so much girls!!! my parents are ok with the whole thing i just not sure about his parents. my mom still wants us to 'get married' in the church and she said it should be no problem cuz like tilde said in the churches eyes were not 'married' and you still need to get your license a few weeks before the wedding so technically your married then! hahaha
