Any girls who wear eye glasses, keeping them on for the big day?
My glasses make my face. I wear them everyday. I hate contacts and I don't plan on taking them off. a) I could never see and b) this is my every day look, I wouldn't even feel like myself without them..
so my questions are...
when I do a makeup trail I obviously need to consider that I will have my glasses on...Anyone know of a makeup artist that can do a good job even with me covering up half their work??
Also, when a photographer is taking my photo do I need to warn them that I will be wearing my glasses? Is there anything I need to do to prevent glare?

I wear glasses and I refuse to put in contacts! I feel naked without my glasses but, I think I'm going to take them off for the ceremony and formal pictures. I'll probably put them back on during the reception.

if you have glasses with the coating that reduces glare, that should help. I kept mine on and the photogs try to shoot to minimize the problem. only a couple of my pics had problems and if you really like a particular shot the photog should be able to photoshop the glare out or at least minimize it.
however, one photog we checked had the nerve to suggest that DH buy new glasses with the coating since it would be cheaper that editing the pics!!! needless to say, we didn't use him.
