I did an appraisal on a townhouse in Coram today - in Strathmore Courts. Nice development and nice homes. I saw a bunch of for sale signs while I was there - probably are in the ~$265-285 range for a 3 bedroom.

I use to own a condo in Yaphank - off of William Floyd Parkway, just north of the LIE. We liked them a lot. I drive past there still everyday on my way to work and saw a couple of 'For Sale' signs - most people buy/sell on their own - that's what I did. If you like, FM me and I'll stop by on my way to work and jot down the phone numbers for you.
