please help! i'm trying to set up a bridal shower for my friend in queens.. preferable in the forest hills area.. any suggestions?!?

I don't know about Forest Hills, but I like Sidetracks. It's closer to Manhattan on Queens Boulevard. They have excellent food and affordable prices. Don't judge on the outside appearance. Go there for dinner first.

Joe Abbricimento's (sp) restaurant is a good one for a bridal shower....my cousin had one there and it was fun.

roma view is a nice place for a bridal shower - its in howard beach (like 15 min away from Forest Hills)
place is pretty food is good

Mezzo Mezzo in Astoria would be great, they have great food and a nice party area on the second floor. it's on Ditmars blvd.

Alberto's in Forest Hills is really good. It's right on Metropolitan Avenue.

Oooo....that is where I am hoping i have my shower, but I have no clue when or where it is. I mean..I will be happy with any place but I live 5 mins from it and have never stepped inside.

I second that I've been to Roma View for a sweet 16 and the food was great - really nice facility too

Portofinos on Queens Blvd. by Austin St is really good. They're right across the street from that big church. (can't remember the name, my MOH got married there)

We had our RD at Family Restaurant on Queens Blvd. We used the back room and the food was yummy!

Parkside is amazing..in Corona...I know they have a nice upstairs room!
