Any Greek Brides Out there???

I've never been to a Greek wedding, so this will be my first one. We just went to the FH Greek church for the Wedding Seminar and was told that we can hand out petals to be thrown at us during the 'The Ceremonial Walk'.

My question is, how does this work? Do we hand them out to everyone or just the people who will be sitting in the first two rows?

I am not Greek but also have a Greek Fiance. I don't know the answer to this question but would be interested in hearing the answer. I am also going today to my church to pick up the address maps for the invitations. I will let you know what I find out.
