Any Harpist Recommendations at a Reasonable Price?
Hey, I was just curious if anyone has ever hired a harpist to play during cocktail hour? How did the guests perceive it? Also, do you know what the price range of a harpist goes for? I am looking for a harpist only for an hour at a reasonable price. Thanks.

I have researched this and the lowest price I found was $250 for 1 hour and the highest price was Janet King for $500 for one hour. The lowest priced was Jean Golstein. Other brides have used her and liked her. I am still undecided as to what I want during cocktail hour. I found a great pianist for $150 for 1 hour so I might go with him instead of a harpist.

I used Lois Colin for my e-party. For three hours, her fee was $450.

Thanks for the info. I am going to call and find out how much they want per hour. I know harpist can be very expensive. I would only need it for app. 1 - 1 1/2 hours only.
