Maybe it's just new and that's why they don't have the sample to try on. I'm surprised no one will get it for you. Any store that is a Maggie retailer should be able to get it.

Have you tried RK Bridal they are supposed to have a huge selection.

I am sure they can get it, but I would like to try it before just ordering it...Im very tall and skinny and just think it would look great, but I dont want to order it on a whim without trying it.....its a sottero-midgley so not all the stores carry them

Did you try Lillettes in Baldwin? I had the same problem with my maggie dress... I called every store on LI and in the city... Lillettes ended up being the only store that had it for me to try on.

Have you tried on any mermaid styles yet? See if you can try on some maggie's like that to get an idea. Maybe if they think they can get some business they will get a sample.

Maybe you can try calling the company itself and finding out which store has samples of that dress.

Hi, did you find the dress yet?? I just purchased this dress 3 weeks ago; it's a size 10 and it has never been altered. I am thinking about selling it, as my wedding is still a year away and I am not sure if this is really the dress I want. Let me know!
