We do Secret Santa with my aunts and cousins, and we are trying to think of a creative way to do it. It has become stupid in the past few years, and you tell someone exactly what you want.

It got like that with my family - I almost wanted to go get something, wrap it and say thanks Uncle Jim:D
what about making up a riddle or some sort of scavenger hunt type thing for the type of gift you want?

We used to do this at my job....
Everyone buys a gift and then you draw #'s a then you get to pick a gift from under the tree.(wrapped of course) Then the second person picks a new gift then decides to take the first persons gift(after they have unwrapped it) or keep their own. You go all the way down the line and the person who picked first can either keep their gift or trade with whomever they choose I hope that made sense

After a person picks they can trade with anyone they wish, but someone who picks after them an take their pick in a trade also

Stacey we did something like that once, but more as a game and we got stuff like pot holders and envelopes. We also had three times as many gifts as people so it lasted a while. It was silly & fun:D

My mom just told me about that, I think we might do that.
Just have to make sure everyone wants to do it in my family.
