i don't think i want to do a guest book, but i'd like something for people to sign or write a message on.
i like to scrapbook...so i was thinking of doing a wish jar or something...setting up an empty glass vase or something w a small notepad and pen next to it, for people to write wishes on and throw in the vase...i could put them in our wedding scrapbook.
any other ideas? or similar? or if you're doing the same thing, how exactly are you doing it?
i'd love to hear other ideas!!

maybe with the invitation you can send out a piece of cardstock for them to write something to you both on and they can bring it with them to the wedding and you can have a box there for them to leave the pieces of cardstock and then you can use that to make a scrapbook, does that make sense?
i really like that idea! how would i give them directions for what to do??
maybe paper ciip a cute poem to the cardstock?

jess i TOTALLY love this idea!! i think i'm gonna do it. and i'll leave cardstock next to the vase/jar in case they didn't bring theirs or didn't understand. so excited now!

mine is a sign in tree, look in my album with invites, DIY stuff. I have a tree that I strung lights on (not shown in the pic) and made tags up for guests to write on and hang on the tree.

When my friend got married, someone had gotten her a set of bride and groom stuffed bears that were made of white cotton on the outside (but they had the top hat and veil to indicate bride and groom). They were passed around with a pen, and you could sign the bears. Then you can display them in your home.

that really cute...i think they would be better for a smaller wedding tho no? some people wrote bigger than others everyone might not get a spot.....they r soooooooo cute tho
