I'm trying to incorporate some 4th of July stuff for them to do. Posted as well to BHB but thought maybe some of you had already done a letter from which I could 'borrow'...??

sorry, I don't have one. Only one other family besides immediate family is staying in the hotel.

I will personally knock on their door and tell them that there will be shuttle...

Wow, you are having a shuttle for one person? We thought about it but our guests are so spread out over hotels and houses of family, etc, that we decided the cost wasn't worth it. Although I would have loved to do it. Where are your guests staying?

Also are you doing anything w/them on the 4th? That's really what I'm looking for...a good place to do 4th of July...

I'm using a welcome letter I found on a search here. I never thought of incorporating anything related to the 4th of July, though if I find red/white/blue paper or something with an American flag, I may print the letter on that!

Claudia - Staples had great paper for 4th of July weekend. I used it for my save the dates - the top border had fireworks bursting in the sky and the bottom border had an american flag waving.

Alison, a good chunk of my immediate family is staying in the hotel, plus their SO (i.e. my 21 year old twin siblings both are bringing dates). So we'll have a shuttle at 8:30 for the bridal party, then at 11 for the non-bridal party, which may or may not include grandparents, and then one more at 5:15 to take people back. Wedding is from 11:30-5, with photos in the morning. My NJ hotel (radisson) provides one 26 person shuttle for $25 each trip
