Just wondering if you are playing spanish music at your wedding and what DJ you are using. It's a bit hard to find a company that is familiar with the music and not going to just play whatever he has in stock. Thanks

Hi. I'm Dominican-American. Since we love to merengue, we're having a merengue tipico band, and a dj. Our friend is going to dj, but he's doing it as a favor. I heard elegancia entertaiment is good. Sorry, I'm not much help.

I am panamanian...
And, I made sure my DJ/MC was spanish. I don't want to play any games with music..I know how important it is.
I am using Fiesta Productions (It was referred to me by my reception hall).
I will also, incorp. a little Italian music for fh & family.

Hi I'm puertorican & dominican and our family friend is doing ours. He has his own company. Yes, we're having salsa and merengue at the wedding...I wouldn't consider it any other way we enjoy our latin music! If you need info FM me!! Happy planning!

spitzergirl, Im on the same boat as you. Im guatemalan and Im marrying a wonderful italiano!!! Doesnt seem like many DJ's offer these services, though. My reception will be in suffolk, so Im looking for someone kind of local.

I am half Peruvian....so my mom's side of the family will want to hear Latin Music. My dj will play any song I want, even if he doesn't have it in stock...he will get it. If you can do that with your dj, maybe ask some family members for a list of songs they want to hear and then give it to your dj That's what I am doing, since I don't know the names of any spanish songs....

I am half Colombian, half Salvadorian and DH is 100% Salvadorian. We had a AMAZING DJ!!!!!!!!!!!

Hello, I'm Dominican-American as well. FH and I love spanish music, so we wanted to have a mix of spanish and english. We're using Sonido Con Clase, which was referred to us by Marie at Wild Rose Video. She said that she had seen many weddings, but she was really impressed on how professional and good they were.
Of course, FH and I met with the owner (who's doing our wedding) and loved his variety of music and everything he had to offer.
